Emelyn is a civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in project scheduling, construction and contract management, forensic delay analysis, and expert advisory for construction and engineering projects. Emelyn’s major claims experience extends within the UAE, Qatar, KSA, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, India, Kazakhstan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the Philippines on diverse and high-profile civil engineering, building, power and utilities, oil and gas, and infrastructure disputes. Before working in the consulting field, Emelyn worked as a civil engineer and a planner on large construction projects gaining hands-on experience from the ground up.
